About Us

Four Generations of Builders.

One Standard.

I come from a long line of builders...

My great-grandfather was a general contractor. So was my grandfather. So was my father. And now me — the 4th generation in a family that has spent its entire existence building things for other people.

Every generation made the same quiet promise: be one of the good ones. Show up when you say you will. Charge a fair price. Stand behind your work. Don't make people feel stupid for asking questions.

That's what BuiltRight Home Improvement is built on. Not a franchise. Not a call center. A family that has been doing this honestly for generations — and intends to keep doing it that way.

"Designed Together. Built to Last." — that's not a slogan. That's how we've always done it.

We serve Memphis, Bartlett, Arlington, Millington, Cordova, Germantown, and Collierville. Every job is owner-supervised. Every shower comes with a lifetime "Just Call Us" warranty.

Don't You Just Want a Company You Can Trust?

We do too.

So we built this company around traditional values so...

We're Upfront With You. Instead of giving you a "ballpark estimate" that'll end up costing you WAY by the time you get the final bill, we give you fixed, upfront, down-to-the-penny pricing so you know the cost before you sign anything. Why? Because that's how we want our vendors to treat us.

We're Honest With You. Instead of charging a premium, constantly offering "coupons" for free this or that (that's never actually lower the price) - then forcing you into a 2-hour sales pitch to convince you our high price is actually a great deal - we streamline all of our expenses to keep them super-low so we can give you WAY better prices without all the gimmicks. Why? Because that's how we'd like our vendors to treat us.

We Give You the Control. Instead of fearing that you won't be approved for financing or wondering what your payments will be, we can easily pre-qualify you so that you'll know your budget and payment before we even come out! Why? Because we'd want to know our payments ahead of time so we can see if we can afford it.

We Build Your Shower With Durable Materials. Instead of installing the old-school tile & grout showers that never stop growing mold, we'll only install hotel-grade, forever mold-free showers that last for decades and are as easy-to-clean as wiping the mirror - yet are slip-resistant to keep everyone safe. Why? Because we wouldn't put anything less in our own homes.

We Can Be Trusted In Your Home. Instead of worrying who will be in the private areas of your home, we only use polite, trustworthy installers who are experts in bathroom remodeling so that you can feel safe in your home. Why? Again, because we wouldn't have it any other way for our own homes.

We Are There When You Call. Instead of giving you the old "tail-light warranty" (where you only have a warranty for as long as you can see the contractor's taillights as they drive away), we stand behind our work with a "just call us" lifetime warranty on all parts and labor. Why? Because we actually don't expect you to call, ever. We do it right the first time and it's built to last, but, just in case something does come up, rest assured, we stand behind our work. Period. We take care of people so just call us. It's that easy.
